India Omicron Travel Restrictions

The Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus has caused many countries, including the United States and India to put in place travel restrictions on international travel.

India’s Travel Restrictions
Starting December 1, new guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India will supersede previous travel rules instituted by the Indian Civil Aviation Ministry and the Director General of Civil Aviation, India after November 11, 2021

No Regular International Flights To India
Only approved flights partaking in the bubble agreement with certain countries will be allowed to fly until further notice, as per the Indian Aviation Ministry. Approximately 28 countries currently operate under this bubble agreement.
