Andrew K. Chow, of counsel, has practiced immigration law for over thirty years. Fondly known by many clients as “Mr. Andy”, he specializes in removal/deportation (he successfully petitioned the U.S Supreme Court in the seminal case of Vartelas v. Holder, 566 U.S 257, (2012), immigration appeals, and asylum matters. Andy is also highly experienced in and handles other areas of immigration law, including family-based cases, employment-based immigration (EB-1, NIW, L-1, H-1B), naturalization, immigration waivers, and complex requests for evidence (RFE).
